New tenement house at Kołłątaja Street

This place in the centre of Opole has been an eyesore for a very long time. There used to be two tenement houses on the site. The infill development according to our design restores this condition; the infill is made in the form of two tenement houses with a contemporary expression, with cladding repeating the colours of the neighbouring buildings. Large glazed areas on the ground floor bring life to the street and encourage people to enter the building.
