Modern office building with a workshop section

The proposed building has been harmoniously integrated into its surroundings of office, industrial, and warehouse developments, aligning with their scale and height. A clear and functional circulation layout ensures convenient access – the main entrance and vehicular access are located on the south-west side. A small visitor parking area is provided near the entrance, while a separate parking area for employees is situated on the north side, with direct access to the maneuvering yard in front of the workshop gate.

The building has been designed as a simple, modern cuboid, enhanced by an additional shutter façade layer. Its primary function is to protect office interiors from excessive sunlight due to the building’s open exposure. At the same time, it serves as a distinctive “second skin” – a subtle outer layer that emphasizes the building’s architecture while revealing key areas requiring direct external access.
