Modern office building

The project involves the construction of a modern office building located on Harcerska Street in Opole, surrounded by office, industrial, and warehouse developments. The investment reorganizes the facility’s operations – most workspaces will be relocated to the new building, while selected existing structures will be demolished or adapted for new functions.

The simple, orderly architectural form responds to the industrial character of the site and the existing layout of buildings and internal roads. Setting the building back from the installation trestle ensures optimal daylight access and attractive views.

The façade is defined by projecting elements that provide solar shading, while the recessed, dark ground floor forms a visual base for the structure. A clear circulation layout, with a centrally located entrance and access control, ensures efficient user flow.

The design is complemented by a well-organized parking system and the introduction of landscaped green space in the central part of the site, creating a representative and recreational area.
