Multi-family building – modernization

Revitalization of a hotel building into a multi-family residential building

The conversion of a workers’ hotel building, constructed in the 1970s, into a multi-family residential building consisting of two- and three-room apartments, storage units, and technical rooms located on the underground level. The architectural form of the building being renovated does not significantly differ from its original architectural expression. The building’s façades have been insulated, enhanced with balconies for each apartment, and given a new color scheme and divisions. The regular window layout has been preserved, with single openings altered to create space for balcony doors.
