The service, office building was designed as “open space” with separate hygiene, sanitary, social and technical rooms on each floor and a garage for cars on the underground floor. In the rectangular form of the building, the most prominent elements are the elevations with a clear division into horizontal window bands and white-plastered inter-window bands, and a clearly contrasting entrance covered with a black cantilevered projecting canopy.
