Office/single-family house

The design of a simple building that can serve as an office or a single-family home, depending on the needs. The assumption was to be able to use it in the first phase as a company headquarters, and after a few years of use after a few uncomplicated modifications to convert it into a single-family home. The building was designed in a simple form in the type of a modern barn, on a rectangular plan, with a gabled, symmetrical roof and an arcade on the south side and a terrace on the west side. The roof is covered with sheet metal, the walls are finished with clinker brick and white plaster.
