PNTO Implementation Halls
The building consists of six halls with office space. The building’s body is clearly divided into a hall part – higher, and a lower office part with a façade made of fibre-cement boards in various shades of grey. In the long façade of the building, three protruding staircases closed by smooth high walls stand out.
