Single-Family Residential Building

The house is designed as a composition of a simple, contemporary “modern barn” volume containing the main living spaces, combined with two complementary rectilinear forms. From the street side, a solid, enclosed volume houses the garage, while on the garden side, an open, roofed terrace creates a natural extension of the living area. The overall composition responds to the scale and character of the surrounding street.

The entrance zone is preceded by a small front garden and a pathway set in front of a recessed fence line. The front façade is more closed, ensuring privacy for the residents. In contrast, the house opens up դեպի the garden through large glazed openings, integrating the living space with the outdoors and directing views toward the garden.
