Single-Family Residential Building

A house design with a simple, legible form, where the key objective was to establish a strong connection between the interior and its surroundings. The main living area opens outward in two ways – through a small entrance-side terrace and via large glazed openings leading to the terrace and garden, set among existing mature trees.

The building mass is composed as an interplay of two volumes, corresponding to the public and private zones. Their intersection forms a centrally located living and recreational space with a kitchen and dining area – the heart of the home, integrating all functions and opening up to the landscape of the plot.
