Brick single-family house

Brick single-family house

The building’s location on the plot, with access from the southern side, defined the functional layout – the garage was placed on the southern side to minimize the access road. This, in turn, resulted in the “extension” of the building’s living area – the living room and kitchen. The building was designed in a simple form, with a rectangular layout extended along the length of the living room and kitchen, featuring a gabled roof and a terrace on the western side. The living room is connected to the terrace and garden by a large window on the western side. The roof is covered with graphite-colored tiles, and the walls are finished with clinker brick and wooden boards, with decorative mosaic plaster in the base section. Thanks to its compact form, the building is economical and energy-efficient.
