Multi-Family Residential Building

The entire development has been designed in the shape of a C-shaped building, with its arms touching the existing buildings on Oleska Street and Dąbrowskiego Street, thereby enclosing the city block. The interior space has been designated for individual recreation, featuring terraces and gardens for the ground-floor apartments, as well as a leisure and recreational area with a playground for children.

The building is designed with a stairwell layout on the Dąbrowskiego Street side and a corridor layout on the Oleska Street side. The ground floor facing Oleska Street includes commercial spaces. The building comprises 53 apartments spread across four above-ground floors. Two underground garages provide 68 parking spaces, each connected to the residential section by two stairwells equipped with freight-passenger elevators.

The underground level also houses technical and utility rooms, storage spaces, cleaning service facilities, and tenant storage units. The architectural form has been designed to match the scale and materials of the surrounding buildings, considering the entire area is under the protection of the heritage conservator.
