The rooms inside are grouped in a way that provides optimal lighting in most orientations in relation to the cardinal directions and favorable lighting in any other orientation. The building’s proportions and small structural spans allow the use of simple construction materials and the use of various facade and roofing materials. Additionally, they ensure efficient use of the volume and the installation of installations that reduce energy consumption and produce electricity using photovoltaic panels.
