NEWTON – competition, Opole
NEWTON – Innovative Center for Integrated Services, Information and Library Spaces
Competition design for the Innovative Center for Integrated Services, Information and Library Spaces located on the 2nd Campus of Opole University of Technology. The main idea was to fit the building into the existing urban layout of the former barracks. This was achieved by duplicating the volumes of the existing buildings and “suspending” between them a block containing the main reading rooms and lecture hall.
