Residential Development with Services

The project consists of two buildings – a larger one in a block layout and a smaller one in the shape of the letter C.

Underground garages have been designed beneath the buildings, with spaces for over 500 cars. Within the block, various types of greenery have been designed (areas for adult relaxation, a playground for children, fields of grass and flowers, and trees). The two buildings contain over 500 apartments of various sizes, ranging from compact one-room apartments (25-45 m²) to comfortable four-room apartments (over 82 m²) with terraces.

The largest group of apartments consists of two- and three-room apartments (45-82 m²). Each apartment has a balcony, terrace, or garden.

Within the block, there is a historic building with an industrial character that has been adapted for service functions (such as a fitness room and gym, medical offices, and coworking spaces).

The building’s elevation has been designed in an elegant and calm form – with beige-colored brick, white plaster, and gray façade panels. The division of the elevation into sections with different rhythms and colors, as well as the changes in the balcony layout, break up the large mass of the building into smaller parts.
