S-HOTEL
Expansion of the existing sports club building to include a hotel part. The new part includes 14 comfortable rooms, as well as a conference room, a reception area to serve the needs of the hotel and sports club, an office and technical and utility rooms. The project envisages modernizing the club’s facade and integrating the two parts into a single entity, but emphasizing the separate functions of the buildings with the choice of facade materials.
