Science and Technology Park, Opole

While working on the concept of the buildings, we kept in mind that we do not know the future users of the buildings, we do not know exactly how many tenants there will be, how they will want to divide the space and how to use it. The main thought we had in the design was modularity and flexibility in all possible aspects. At the level of urban planning, functionality, aesthetics and the level of architectural detail – so that regardless of the circumstances, the building we designed would perform its tasks perfectly and adapt to the user.
