Complementary development in Opole

The facade of the building has been divided into two parts to refer to the historical fact of the existence of two tenement houses in this location. From the front, the facade was designed with clinker brick with plastered elements, the northern part of the tenement clinker in brownish-red and gray plastered elements, the southern part of the tenement clinker in dark beige and plastered elements in light beige. The facade of the tenement from the courtyard repeats the rhythm of windows from the front part, but is simplified and devoid of decoration with clinker elements. The building has a staircase accessible from Kollataja Street and from the backyard. The first floor on the side of Kollataja Street has 3 commercial units accessible from the sidewalk. On the remaining above-ground floors, office space has been designed in the form of open-space with the possibility of dividing into smaller units, supplemented with the necessary communication services in the form of a staircase, elevator and social room and toilets. The underground garage provides 27 parking spaces. The garage is connected to the service area by a staircase with a goods and passenger elevator, access to the garage is provided by a hydraulic car elevator from the courtyard.
