Multi-family residential building
A multi-family residential building, designed in the form of four four-storey single-staircase segments, allowing for adjustment to the slope of the terrain, while creating an intimate internal layout. The segments were designed in the form of a system of cuboid blocks. The outer ones widen at the ends of the building, allowing for the location of well-lit large apartments. The building contains 75 apartments from two-room to five-room on 3 floors. On the ground floor, 42 service premises are planned – commercial, office and temporary residence. In the underground part, there are 2 underground car parks and technical rooms.
